Average is 6-10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Rapid prototypes can be done in 2 weeks. Complex products might take 12+ weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline upfront - and we guarantee it.

50% upfront to start, 50% on delivery for project work. Monthly billing for retainer work. We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Invoices are sent via Stripe.

If we haven't started development and you change your mind, we'll refund your deposit minus hours spent on discovery/design work. Once development begins, we work until it's done. We've never had a client ask for a refund though. Just saying.

We set everything up on your cloud account (usually AWS or Vercel) so you own and control it. We can also handle ongoing DevOps as part of our Scale & Support package. You'll never be locked into us for hosting.

Daily updates via Slack. Weekly video calls for demos and planning. Full access to our project management tools (Linear) so you can see exactly where everything stands. Radical transparency is our thing.

We're US-based (PST) but work with clients worldwide. We're flexible with meeting times and async communication works great for most things. Time zones have nothing on Slack and Loom.
