Here's a simple test: show your landing page to someone who's never seen it before. Give them 5 seconds. Then ask them what your product does.
If they can't answer, you have a problem.

The Most Common UX Killers
- Too many choices - Decision paralysis is real. Give users ONE clear action to take.
- Buried CTAs - If users have to scroll to find your main action, you've already lost them.
- Form overload - Every field you add drops conversion by 10%. Only ask for what you absolutely need.
- Clever over clear - Your navigation should be boring. "Get Started" beats "Begin Your Journey" every time.
- Slow load times - Every 100ms of load time costs you 1% of conversions. Speed is UX.

Go through your signup flow right now. Count every click, every field, every decision point. Now cut that number in half.

- Buttons need to be at least 44px tall for thumb tapping
- Forms should use appropriate input types (email, tel, etc.)
